Return & Refund Policy

 

At Rosa and Stone, every piece is made from natural marble and stone, making each product unique in its colour, veining, and character. We take great care to ensure that all items are accurately described and photographed, so you can shop with confidence.

Please choose carefully when placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or natural variations in stone. This includes differences in veining, texture, or colour between products, as these are natural characteristics of marble and travertine.

 



Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product you receive is:

  • Faulty or defective,

  • Not as described, or

  • Not fit for purpose.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rosaandstone.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

 



Process for Returns

  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed.

  4. Once inspected, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: Return shipping costs (other than for faulty or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer.
